Returns

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

IF YOU USED A DISCOUNT CODE TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE, THEY ARE CONSIDERED SALES AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN. THIS IS SOLELY DISCRETIONARY ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOVE WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL LEGGINGS and SCARVES ARE FINAL SALE.

SIZE TOO SMALL ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURNS PER OUR FAQ. PLEASE MEASURE USING THE CM SIZING ON OUR SIZING CHART.

WE HAVE NO GROUND TO STAND ON WITH OUR SUPPLIERS IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS AND PICTURED PROOF OF YOUR FOOT, BODY SIZING, ETC.

WE HAVE PROVIDED THE ABOVE SIZING CHART AS WELL AS CM CONVERSION PAGE. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO PROVIDE PROOF WITH OUR SUPPLIERS AND ARE PRESUMED CUSTOMER WRONG VS CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. 

We can not guarantee exchanges because it's not guaranteed that the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive and inspect your returned item. We will try to exchange for similar product if we have an item that is available in our inventory. 

All returns have to be received no later than 14 business days from the day it was received (Shipped orders, date received is the delivery date shown when tracked via USPS) and must have all original packaging and tags and free of any perfume or other odors.

ANY ITEM THAT HAS MAKEUP STAINS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

REFUND - STORE CREDIT

We accept returns for store credit only. 

STORE CREDIT WILL BE WHAT YOU PAID MINUS A 15% RESTOCK FEE

WHAT YOU PAID IS MINUS ANY COUPON YOU USED. 

The store credit has to be used all at once. It can not be used more than once. 

YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT. AFTER THAT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR CAN WE BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY MONETARY LOSS TO YOU.

WE ALSO WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUING ANOTHER STORE CREDIT IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT USE THE STORE CREDIT IN 30 DAYS

WE WILL BE VERY CLEAR ON THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE STORE CREDIT. 

Store Credit not fully used will have zero redeemable value. You must fully spend the store credit amount, any left over credit is null and void. These are one time use.

ie: you have $39.99 store credit, you need to spend on item that is $40.00 or more or you forfeit remaining amount. If you spend store credit of $39.99 on $33.99 item, you will NOT receive credit for an additional $6. No additional store credit is issued once we process your return

If the item does not pass quality control you will be responsible for shipping cost to ship your item back to you.

We also reserve the right to keep the merchandise and dispose as we see fit if the cost to ship back to you would be detrimental to profitability for the store. You may receive a small store credit dependent on if it would be profitable for the store to do so. This is up to the discretion of the QA Inspector and store owner. 

Merchandise damaged by pulling the tags off are not eligible for return or exchange. All tags should be cut off and never pulled. NO EXCEPTIONS

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM, YOU WILL HAVE 3 DAYS FROM RECEIPT TO NOTIFY US. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once the return has been received there is a 15 business day processing time. This time can be sooner, but dependent upon supplier responsiveness. 

If eligible for store credit. it can take up to 15 business days to process.

IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM THAT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED FOR RETURN YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST BACK TO YOU.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF WE HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED PRIOR TO THE ITEM BEING RETURNED.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP ANY ITEM WITHOUT A PROPER RMA# AND DISPOSE AS WE SEE FIT. YOU LOSE ANY RIGHT TO RECLAIM THE ITEM IF YOU SEND IT WITHOUT RMA#.

Non-returnable merchandise - the customer forfeits all rights to the merchandise. Be sure your merchandise isn't damaged, severely worn, or unclean when returning.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS

Print out the confirmation email with the order number and include it in with the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. IF YOU DO, WE NO LONGER WILL BE REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE OR HELP YOU WITH YOUR PURCHASE ISSUE. 

ALL STORE CREDIT PURCHASES THAT WERE PART OF A REFUND POLICY INITIATED STORE CREDIT ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS. 

WE RESERVE ALL RIGHTS TO RESELL ANY ITEM THAT IS RETURNED TO US TO RECOUP OUR COSTS OF GIVING YOU STORE CREDIT.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAXIMIZE OUR PROFIT WITH NO FURTHER REIMBURSEMENT TO YOU ONCE WE HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR RETURN.

YOU GIVE UP ALL RIGHTS TO THE MERCHANDISE ONCE WE HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR RETURN.  


Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first at - Steamseason@gmail.com - we will give you a return authorization (RMA#) and mailing instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
